i have GOT to update this blog more often, its like a dusty book..:P.

balek kampung..wowowo..this year was slightly unique because for raya, we had an open house at rumah tok at kampung. this was probably the 1st ever. and it was my dad's idea..;-). id say about 100 people or more came, and the food rocked man..there was lemang, ketupat, nasi impit, kuah kacang, rendang udang & ayam, nasi jagung, laksa johor & penang, sup tulang, and other stuff, me parents and some aunties cooked for this event. so, this raya we didnt have to actually go to all our makciks house, cause everyone came.

• after taiping, kuantan. raya here, raya there, raya everywhere..blablabla, lepak kat beach (the best part of balik kuantan..;-)), and nasi dagang ofcos..
  
• then baru balik jb. that was on saturday night. on that sunday, had a mini open house (is there such thing?) for kawan2 terdekat..about 50 people. usually we have 300+ people come but we're taking it slow this year. tiring wo. hehe. but it was fun, dapat jugak jumpa rakan2ku yang semakin lama, semakin susah utk dijumpai..shan and iz came but at diff times..ape ni korang?
  
• umi said she wants to come to jb to lepak with me..yay! berzaman aku tunggu umi datang, akhirnya datang jugaa..korean movies here we come!

that time of the year

ramadhan is the month when God sent down his revelation to Muhammad throught Gabriel, the angel. In the days after that, Muhammad found himslef speaking the verses that would be transcribed as the Quran.
Fasting, during the month of Ramadan, is a sign of spiritual devotion and a step towards rekindling our ties with humankind. We are also reminded of the suffeering poor in the world and we develop an act of self control.
We should develop ourselves in all aspects and contribute positively towards society not only in this sacred month, but in the future as well. So, kira..its like a turning pointla..new resolution and all..ya know..

okay, so theres a little knowledge there. my blog ISNT useless after all..hehe.
quick updates:-

• bday passed about 2 weeks ago and pakgad cari pasal with me cos i balik at like..11pm. (curfew at 7pm). alaa, lepak ah, bukannya pergi rompak bank..haiss..
• got a couple of cute stuffs, inclusive are 2 mugs..hey, i could use a couple mugs. now i can drink milo and nescafe at the SAMETIME, without mixing them! WOW!
• registered myself for MSCC, went through the interviews, am now a member. under this entrepeneurship thingy..sounds a little donald trump there eh? i plan to open a business..;). the president is keyute, and a DQian, which is a whoa..
  
• do i not look like a sarah khalida? cos a couple of my frens have already been confused with my name..i guess cos its just everywhere..including the 'rekod saman'..:P..dont ask. the other day, before class (shan, pinjam format..teehee) :-

• now is CUTItime. im supposed to be studying but i dont have enough power to fight the evil voices inside my head. have a physics, math, computer, and BTQ exam to study for and i aint got no nothing in my head..IN MA HEAD..IN MA HE-EAD..
  
• abah bought keen and me a new guitar! and its much2 better then my old one. got pickup, digital tuner, and whatever shitla. its so much cooler when you get to plug it into the speakers ya know. i SO wish i could bring it back to uia. but no..we're not aloud to bring guitars to college (said in a very childish, whiny voice).
  
• wanna go bowlingla, even though i suck, i still like it. went for a round that day wit along and his kwns, main til 2am, become zombie ledi.
• oh ya, i crashed the new car. im SOSOSOSO awful! the oh-so-perfect shape is now ruined with a freaken DENT! it aint big (thank god), but its not invisible either, so yeah..that just SUCKS! and parents were just trustin me wit it..the guilt will stay with me til the day i...buy a newer car for my parents, which, will approximately be in 6 years, hopefully.
• im married!! eh..nola..where got?
• me bespal shanti has gotten engaged! HAHA! shoutout to shanti : congratulations..its a celebration..lalalala..hehehe.
• i saw FAIZAL ONE IN A MILLION at mahkota parade, melaka on saturaday. totally by coincidence man. but they just finished performing so i didnt get to see the show, but i DID see HIM and i waved at him and he TOTALLY waved back at me and sarah's making such a big deal over a reality show icon for i dont know what reason but who gives a damn kan?
  
• i got goodmarks for arabic midsem exam. only its useless cos it isnt accumulated into our CGPA or anything, but it feels good to beat the other gurls. haha..cant beat the guys cos they very terror arabic wo, think their from some agama school maybe.
• contributed to a book ma might publish and that gives me a certain happiness..teehee..:D.

since break just started, and im kinda bored at the mo', ill write a short synopsisla. what da heck.

a couples suppose to get a new born son on 6th june but the baby didnt survive a couple minutes after it was born. the dad (thorn) was devasted cos a baby was what theyve always wanted..then, this priest comes along and shows the man another baby who had lost his mom after he was born..and convinced thorn to take in the baby as a replacement for his dead newborn son. (at this time the mom was still unconscious and didnt even know she'd lost her son). so, after much consideration, thorn took in the baby without telling his wife about the death of their real child.
they raised him and everything and on his 6th (ke 5th bday, i forgot) damien's (the boy) nanny killed herself. this raised all types of questions because thorn is not jus some guy, hes an embassodor of the US embassy or somthing like that, and hes politically powerful, so its only natural that everything that happens around him is big news.
then one day, they were on their way to church, damien was all mengamuking, he got a fever when they got nearer to the church and he scratched mommy on the head. kesian mommy..after this lil incident mommy became distant with the little devil (literally speaking)..
at the same time, this priest is constantly bothering thorn and warning thorn about 'the devil'. saying that he is responsiblela, he should help him to ensure he goes to heavenla, ape bendala..and thorns all like 'what the dilly? what devil are u talkin about?' and the priest explains to him how he knows about the little incident at the hospital, the day damien was born and thorn got all terkejut because, only him, and the priest in italy (where damien was born) knew about the 'baby swap'. so thorn is interested in wat this priest has to say. so, then it is revealed that damien aint any child..no seree..hes..jeng jeng jeng..devils incarnate!
this priest goes on about how thorn has to demolish the devil, but thorn is havin a hard time believing that his son is a devil in the first place, so, yeah..a little wacked up in the brain there..
ok, diff scene..thorns wifey gets pregnant! yay! or maybe not..this is bad news to damien, im not sure why, but he wants to destroy this baby, and wifey isnt even sure if she wants the baby (after the conflict between her and damien). damien then causes his 'mom' to fall off the stairs and suffer from concussion..
thorn visits her and all and she whispers to him 'dont let him kill me'..and thorn isnt sure who shes talking about but suspects damien. he starts to look at reality and starts to believe what the priest said before. he decides to go to italy (where damien was born) to find out more about damiens real mother and to find the priest that convinced him to take in the baby.
he goes there to find the priest (whose in really bad condition) and tries to find out where the real mother of damien is. he tells thorn after much force. thorn goes to the location, which is a grave and finds damiens mothers tomb. i dunno y, but he gilaa ledi, he go open the thingy and guess whats inside of the mommys tomb? wolf skeletons! obviously, damien isnt just any child..but a wolfs child..! he then looks next to the mommys tomb and sees a smaller tomb..automatically he suspects its his dead son. he opens that tomb and was shocked..TOTALLY shocked at what he found..a babys skeleton..with a crack on its skull..his real son was actually killed.
that night he gets a call and finds out his wife died at the hospital..mysterious huh? well, thats cos damiens followers killed her. i know..sad..the devil has the power to make people feel like they wanna kill themselves..but thats not how the mother diedla..she was injected with something.
now, thorns convinced that damien is really a devil and finds the priest who knows about all this shit. the priest describes to him how to kill the devil..how he has to do it wit a cross and everything..but thorn loses it after that cos hes thinkin 'how can this be right? hes a child..how can i kill a child??' and runs out of the place..but this other dude runs after him and says 'if u dont kill him, i will' and hes on his way out with the weapon when suddenly, out of nowhere..(well, not nowherela) a thing falls down on him and he dies..gruesomly. thorn saw the inciident and came to his senses that he had to put an end to this devil.
he took the weapons, flew to US, went home, and kidnapped his own child to bring him to the church (the devil had to be killed at a church). the guards at his house got suspicious cos he was drivin like a maniac, and they called backup and decided to follow him..
he got damien to the church, the kid was screamin like a lunatic..right when thorn had the cross above damien to stab him...damien was like 'daddy...no..!' while his face showed regret in killing a child... BANG!! a gunshot hits him..the police got to him.
most of the politicians were at his funeral..thorn i mean..people probably wondered why or how he went crazy and tried to kill his own son. no one would have understood him..the little boy holds the presidents hand with no indication of sadness on his face..the devil lives..

u know how it is believed that one of the major signs of the apocolypse is when the devil appears to cos havoc? well, in this lifetime, the havoc is supposed to be caused in the sense of politics. the devil, was PLANNED to be in thorns life because hes politically involved..and the innocent little baby of his was one of the victims in the process..

7 outta 10? its a good, simple movie. i love the fact that the boys real mother is actually a wolf cause thats just so freaky like hell and it gets u thinkin about it at nite, like, "ohmagaad, his mommys a wolfy".

okey..time for bulaa! go go USA!
